Hell’s Bells
I feel misled—
I’ve looked it up,
and the internet is true.
I’ve used the term so very long,
but past a song
and a drug plant’s tell,
apparently hell has no bells.
Oh hell no!
Hot
Sorry, Mom and Dad,
but medium salsa
is not.
Hot
Much above seventy degrees
is.
Hell’s Bells? I knew it! I just knew.
Hahahaha! The hell poem wasn’t coming together, but this one sort of did.
That Hot haiku made me laugh. Excellent. 🙂

Thanks, Alex! Sometimes the goofiest afterthoughts work the best–ironic. I appreciate your visit and comment!
Okay, so that photo is beyond wonderful.
Now isn’t there a song (World War 1 era?) about how the bells of hell go ting-a-ling-a-ling?
Laura, isn’t that sign hilarious?! I googled ‘hounds of hell’ and there it was…all cute and stuff…LOL. Is it the bells of HELL that ting-a-ling? Wow…hahahahaha!
Ahaha, I love the salsa one. Terrific.
Good luck with the 2015 A to Z Challenge!

Thank you, S.L.! I appreciate you stopping by to read and comment. I’m having fun over here.
Ha ha! I say that a lot to myself…the hell’s bells, not the salsa!
I liked the line, hell has no bells.
Thank you for the smile!!!!

Cracks me up, Amy! I say it all the time, too. I got the habit from an old boss of mine. It’s such an old-school saying.
